My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and pretty clean, allowing me to sleep in a bit with the nice and dark ambiance. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The location, with its relaxed mood lighting and clean surroundings, was the highlight of my stay, making travel to O'Hare airport a breeze. Though the dining options were terrific, it was a downside that certain amenities weren't complimentary.
